  • 1 pound tilapia fillets Fresh or thawed if frozen
  • salt Salt and pepper To taste

Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and Cajun seasoning to create the Cajun garlic butter sauce.
  • Brush the sauce over the tilapia fillets generously.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 380°F (193°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Serve hot with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Drizzle remaining sauce over the tilapia and garnish with fresh herbs or lemon wedges. To store leftovers, let cool and place in an airtight container. Store for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
