Main Ingredients
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Air Fry the Mushrooms
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Toss the sliced mushrooms with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange in a single layer.

Mix the garlic with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and toss with the mushrooms. Air fry for 2–3 minutes more until tender and the garlic is fragrant but not dark.
Transfer to a serving dish, leaving excess liquid behind. Sprinkle with parsley and divide into 4 small side portions.
- Refrigerate promptly in shallow covered containers at 40°F or below; use within 3 days of the oldest cooked ingredient.
- Reheat cooked leftovers to 165°F.
