  • Wash and dry your apple. Slice it thin using a sharp knife or mandolin.
  • Slice horizontally through the whole apple. Remove the stem and any seeds.
  • Sprinkle the apple slices with apple pie spice on both sides.

  • Set the temperature to 300°F and cook for 10 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through.
